Your hair is dried, styled, and set with intention, honoring both your goals and what your hair can responsibly receive.

Any behavior that disrupts the integrity of the service may result in the appointment being concluded.

Booking & Deposit

A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

This confirms your reserved time and preparation for the experience.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling is requested with reasonable notice.

Do you provide hair coloring or dye services?

No. This experience does not include coloring, bleaching, or chemical services of any kind.

Do you install or work with extensions, wigs, or added hair?

No. This experience focuses on your natural hair only. Extensions, wigs, tracks, or added hair are not included.

Do you service relaxed or chemically treated hair?

Yes, when appropriate. Hair is assessed responsibly, and services are performed only if the hair’s integrity allows.

Do you detangle severely matted hair?

No. Hair should be reasonably detangled prior to the appointment. Excessive matting may prevent the service from proceeding.

How long does the experience take?

Timing varies based on hair length, density, and condition. Most experiences range between 2–3 hours.

Is this a traditional salon appointment?

No. This is a haircare experience hosted in a dedicated home setting, focused on intentional process rather than high-volume service.

Who will be servicing me during the experience?

All services are personally provided by Main Character Hair stylist, from start to finish.

How does payment work?

A $10 travel/deposit fee is collected at booking. The remaining amount is due at the time of service.

Can I request a specific style from a photo?

You may reference inspiration images. All services are performed based on what your hair can responsibly receive.
