All course materials, written content, videos, documents, downloads, and training materials are the intellectual property of Main Character Hair.

Enrollment grants you personal, non-transferable access only.
4. Payment & Enrollment
Tuition for Refined Haircare 101 is stated clearly on the enrollment page.
Payment must be completed in full before access is granted.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing for future cohorts
- Refuse enrollment at our discretion
- Remove access in cases of violation of these terms
5. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, tuition payments are non-refundable.
Due to the digital and educational nature of this program, access is granted immediately upon enrollment and therefore cannot be returned.
If special circumstances arise, you may contact us for review, but refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Learning Space Conduct
The Learning Space is moderated.
By submitting reflections or comments, you agree to:

- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate language
